1. Subject and Definitions

This website, together with all its functional elements and digital tools (including the tool named "Virtual Lawyer" and Web3 and Crypto solutions), represents the information and communication system of Attorney at Law Nikola S. Petrović.

Digital tools, including document creators and cost calculators, serve exclusively for informational purposes and as assistance in preliminary assessments.

Generated results and documents do not constitute a finished legal product nor final legal advice.

Attonrey at Law Nikola S. Petrović bears no responsibility for any damage resulting from the use of these tools without direct professional confirmation from a lawyer.

By using the site, you acquire the status of a User, but not the status of a client. The attorney-client relationship is established exclusively by entering into a legal assistance agreement, whereby the client acquires the right to legal protection, professional secrecy, and access to the user portal with all additional digital tools, in accordance with the valid regulations of the Republic of Serbia and the Attorney Tariff.

No communication through this website, email, or digital applications in itself creates an attorney-client relationship.

2. "Virtual Lawyer", "Web3 and Crypto Solutions" - Nature and Limitation of Liability

"Virtual Lawyer" and "Web3 and Crypto Solutions" are automated software tools that use algorithmic models and elements of artificial intelligence to process data entered by the User.

All responses and results generated by the system:

It is prohibited to use content generated through the "Virtual Lawyer" as a basis for submitting filings to courts, administrative bodies, or other institutions.

The law office bears no responsibility for decisions made by the User solely based on automated responses, without prior individual consultation with a lawyer.

Legal certainty can only be achieved through direct, paid consultation with a lawyer and a formally established attorney-client relationship.

3. System Availability and Technical Limitations

The law office does not guarantee that the website, "Virtual Lawyer," or other digital tools will be available without interruption, errors, technical problems, or security flaws.

Digital tools may use the infrastructure and services of third parties, including, but not limited to, blockchain networks, API services, cloud platforms, and open-source software components.

The law office bears no responsibility for the legality, security, accuracy, availability, or functioning of third-party systems, nor for consequences that may arise from their use.

5. "Zero Free Advice" Policy

In accordance with the Attorney Tariff, any action by a lawyer, including but not limited to:

constitutes the provision of legal assistance and is subject to charge.

Sending an inquiry via the website, email, or communication applications (Viber, WhatsApp, etc.) is considered a request for professional services, which becomes binding only after explicit acceptance by the lawyer.

The lawyer reserves the right not to respond to inquiries that are incomplete, non-serious, unclear, or conflict with the office's business policy.

6. Protection of Intellectual Property

The website content, design, structure, texts, databases, as well as all software code, algorithmic logic, and functional architecture of the "Virtual Lawyer" and "Web3 and Crypto Solutions," constitute the intellectual property of lawyer Nikola S. Petrović.

Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or use of any part of the site or its logic without prior written consent will be sanctioned in accordance with the valid regulations of the Republic of Serbia, including civil and criminal liability.

7. Abuse and Harassment

Harassment is particularly considered to be sending the same or substantially identical inquiries multiple times, contacting the lawyer outside of working hours without prior approval, as well as sending messages to private phone numbers.

Such behavior may lead to the permanent blocking of the User and, if there is a legal basis, reporting to the competent authorities.

8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the valid regulations of the Republic of Serbia and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), exclusively for the purpose of:

Data entered into the "Virtual Lawyer" and "Web3 and Crypto Solutions" are not considered confidential communication in the sense of the attorney-client relationship, unless that relationship is formally established.

The User is obliged not to enter third-party data without a legal basis, nor data that exceeds the purpose of the initial communication.

9. Artificial Intelligence and the EU AI Act

The "Virtual Lawyer" represents an AI system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act).

The User is explicitly informed that:

The "Virtual Lawyer" does not fall under high-risk AI systems within the meaning of the AI Act, as it does not replace a lawyer nor automate the provision of legal assistance, but serves exclusively as an informational interface.

Any further action and provision of legal advice is possible exclusively through direct contact with a lawyer and with a formally established attorney-client relationship.

Interactions with the system may be automatically recorded for the purpose of improving functionality, security, and regulatory compliance, in accordance with data protection regulations.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The lawyer reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes take effect on the day of publication on this website. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes is considered acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

For all disputes arising from the use of this website or in connection with it, the court of actual jurisdiction in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.

The law of the Republic of Serbia shall apply exclusively, including relevant legal regulations and the Code of Professional Ethics for Lawyers.
