Fixed Fees:

Some court fees are set at a fixed amount and are not related to the value of the case.

Fee for a divorce complaint: 2,600.00 dinars

Fee for a motion for physical division: 1,900.00 dinars

Fee for a motion to recognize a foreign court decision and for an appeal against a decision on the motion: 1,900.00 dinars before a court of general jurisdiction, and in proceedings before a commercial court: 19,500.00 dinars.

Fee for a decision on a motion for recognition and enforcement of a foreign court or arbitration decision: 1,900.00 dinars before a court of general jurisdiction, and in proceedings before a commercial court: 19,500.00 dinars.
