Value of the Subject Matter of the Dispute for Fee Collection

Division of joint property: the value of that part of the property which the plaintiff claims in the lawsuit, but that value cannot be less than 10,000.00 RSD.

Performance of an action, omission or endurance, or declaration of will, or determination of the existence or non-existence of a right or legal relationship, or to determine the truthfulness or untruthfulness of a document - the amount specified by the plaintiff in the lawsuit, but it cannot be less than 10,000.00 RSD.

Annulment of an arbitration award: the amount awarded to the party, and if the claim does not relate to a monetary amount, the value indicated by the plaintiff in the lawsuit is authoritative, which cannot be less than 10,000.00 RSD.

In disputes regarding the termination of a lease or rental agreement, the termination of the use or rental of an apartment or a sub-tenancy agreement, and in disputes for eviction from an apartment: an amount of 10,000.00 RSD.

Termination of a lease for business premises or eviction from business premises: the annual amount of the rent.

Disturbance of possession: an amount of 10,000.00 RSD.

Determination or contesting of paternity: an amount of 10,000.00 RSD.

Validity of marriage, annulment, or divorce: an amount of 20,000.00 RSD.

Real and personal servitudes, life maintenance: an amount of 20,000.00 RSD.

Determination of the priority order of claims in enforcement proceedings: the amount of the claim, up to a maximum of 10,000.00 RSD.
