Contracts on the disposal of real estate of persons lacking legal capacity, statutory maintenance agreements, mortgage contracts, and pledge statements drafted in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Mortgages governing out-of-court settlement procedures and representing an enforceable title must be concluded in the form of a notary deed.
